Kinobu

Kinobu is a daily practice you actually keep, because you are not doing it alone. Pick a challenge, choose the time of day that suits you, and each morning a small action arrives. Not a lecture. One thing, small enough to do, chosen to build on the one before it. WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE A short video or audio lesson, then one action to take. Most take a few minutes. You mark it done and move on with your day. Your streak grows quietly, and you can look back at what changed. PEOPLE DOING IT WITH YOU Everyone on your challenge is on the same day as you. Ask a question and someone who did it yesterday answers. Share how it went. The group chat and the forum are there when you want them and silent when you do not. LIVE WITH YOUR CREATOR Creators run live sessions inside the app - audio and video, questions answered in the room, everyone who joined the challenge welcome. If you cannot make it, you have not missed the day. REFLECT IN YOUR OWN VOICE Answer out loud if typing is not the mood. Your recording is kept alongside the words, so the people who reply are answering you, not a transcript. AS YOU GO The community, live sessions and direct messages open up as you build your streak. Day one is the challenge itself - the rest arrives as you keep going. Kinobu is free. It is for ages 13 and over.
