KidLynk: Safe School Pickup

KidLynk makes the school gate safe at home time. Every afternoon a school hands children to whoever is waiting. KidLynk turns that moment into a check: the parent says who may collect, the school staff member sees that person's photograph, scans their pass, and the parent is told the moment their child leaves. FOR PARENTS • Say who may collect your child — a grandparent, a driver, a neighbour — and add their photograph. • Give permission for one afternoon, for a week, or for always, and withdraw it in a tap. • Show the collection pass at the gate: your child's photograph, your photograph, and a QR code that refreshes itself, so a forwarded screenshot cannot be used later. • Someone unexpected at the gate? You are asked first, with their photograph, and nothing happens until you answer. • Get a notification when your child is handed over, with the time and the gate. • See every collection: who took your child, when, and from which gate. • Where the school uses it, see attendance, the school diary, and fees, with receipts. FOR SCHOOLS • Staff at the gate scan the pass and see both photographs before releasing a child. • A school administrator can work the gate too, so a small school needs no extra staff. • The school decides how strict the gate is: the photograph check, a live face check, and the parent's approval. • Refused and unexpected collections are recorded, and the parent and the office are told. • The roster, staff, classes, gates, attendance, diary and fees are managed from a web portal; the app is what the gate and the family use. BUILT FOR INDIAN SCHOOLS • Sign in with a one-time code on your mobile number. No passwords. • Accounts are created by your school, so nobody can sign themselves up for someone else's child. • Every time shown is IST, and fees are in rupees. • The app works on modest phones and slow connections; the gate keeps working if the network drops. PRIVACY Children's photographs and collectors' photographs are held only for the school that took them, and are never used for advertising.
