Khemet Cycle

𓋹 KHEMET CYCLE — Ancient Wisdom for Modern Wellness Your personal 28-day rhythm tells you where your energy naturally sits. The cell salts tell you what your body is physically missing. The real moon adds the cosmic layer. The sun gazing gives you a daily practice to anchor it all. The phases tell you what to do with that energy each day. Rooted in the Egyptian Book of the Dead, Vedic astrology and 19th-century biochemical science, Khemet Cycle is a daily wellness companion calculated from the moment of your birth. YOUR 28-DAY COSMIC CYCLE Every day since you were born has been part of an eternal 28-day lunar cycle — the same rhythm the ancient Egyptians used to govern time and sacred ritual along the Nile. Each of the 28 days is ruled by one of seven planetary gods: Ra, Thoth, Horus, Amun, Hathor, Sobek and Khonsu. Open Khemet Cycle each morning to discover which day of your cycle you are on, which Egyptian deity rules today, which colour to wear and which gemstone to carry. YOUR SACRED MINERALS Dr. Schuessler identified 12 cell salts — the essential minerals the human body is built from. Astrologers Carey and Perry mapped each salt to one of the 12 zodiac signs. Your birth sign reveals your Birth Salt — the mineral your body burns through fastest. The three signs that follow reveal the minerals you were born missing. Khemet Cycle shows you your birth salt, your 3 missing minerals, what low levels feel like in plain English, the best foods to eat and how to supplement with cell salts at 6X potency. THE SOLAR RITE Every morning and evening, the priests of Ra gazed upon the sun during the safe golden hours — absorbing colour frequencies as ancient medicine. Khemet Cycle identifies your personal sun gazing days and tells you exactly which stone to hold and which colour to wear. THE 28-DAY RITUAL SYSTEM Day 1 — THE RESET: Fast lightly, set intentions, begin fresh Days 2–13 — THE BUILD: Eat your mineral foods, sun gaze, absorb Days 14–15 — THE PEAK: Full moon energy, your most powerful gazing day Days 16–26 — THE RELEASE: Eat lighter, support elimination, let go Days 27–28 — THE PURGE: Sacred fast, prepare for the new cycle INSPIRED BY THE BOOK OF THE DEAD The Weighing of the Heart is the central scene of the Egyptian Book of the Dead. Anubis weighs the heart against the feather of Ma'at. Balance is the law of life. This ancient understanding of balance, applied to the minerals your body is built from, is the heart of everything this app does.
