Kheloge Partner

Kheloge Partner is for the people who run sports academies - owners, head coaches and venue staff. It puts the day's work on your phone: who is training, who turned up, and who still owes fees. TODAY Open the app to the sessions scheduled for today, how many athletes are expected at each, and which registers still need marking. ATTENDANCE THAT WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Mark every athlete present, absent, late or excused. Grounds often have poor reception, so a register is saved on the phone and sent when a signal returns. The app says plainly where the register is - saved on your phone, or safely with the academy - instead of claiming it is saved when it is not. ATHLETES AND BATCHES Keep the roster in one place. Search by name or phone, add athletes, enrol them into batches and record guardian contacts. SCHEDULE A week at a glance, with the sport, venue and timing of every session. FEES See what is outstanding and what is overdue, invoice by invoice, including part payments - so you know who to chase before the next session rather than at the end of the month. VENUES AND BOOKINGS For venues that rent out ground time: facilities, availability, closures and counter bookings. ENQUIRIES Track people who have asked about joining, so a prospective athlete does not get lost in a WhatsApp thread. MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS Coach at one academy and run another? Switch between businesses without signing out. BUILT FOR INDIA Rupee amounts, Indian phone numbers and a city list you do not have to type from scratch. You need a Kheloge account to use this app. You can create one from the app itself.
