ADHD Focus: Habit Momentum

ADHD Focus is a habit tracker and focus timer built around one idea: an all-or-nothing streak that breaks the first bad day isn't motivating, it's just another way to feel like you failed. So this app doesn't do that. HOW IT'S DIFFERENT - Every habit has a real, built-in "micro" version — a smaller, easier version of the same habit for the days full effort isn't there. Doing the micro version still counts. Partial credit is real credit. - Momentum instead of streaks — a score that reflects your actual pattern over time, with a trend, not a counter that resets to zero and erases your progress the moment you miss one day - Check in with your energy level each day, and the app adjusts what it shows you — on low-energy days, it leads with fewer habits and their micro versions first, instead of the same full list regardless of how you're actually doing - A built-in focus timer tied directly to your habits, not a generic Pomodoro clock CALM, NOT GAMIFIED No XP, no levels, no forced streaks-and-confetti loop to keep up with. Some people want that — this app is for the days that kind of pressure is the last thing you need. Just a clear picture of where you actually stand. That's the only place your data ever goes: a file you control.
