KeyFlock Live

KeyFlock tells you where your keys and vehicles are — right now, without walking the lot. Bluetooth tags on keys and vehicles are picked up by receivers installed around your dealership. The app shows you what is where, who moved it last, and how long it has been sitting. BUILT FOR DEALERSHIP STAFF Sales and Service each get their own view, and staff who work both can switch between them. FIND A KEY IN SECONDS • Live scanner shows nearby keys and vehicles by signal strength • Walk toward a tag and watch it get stronger • Ring or flash a tag to pin down the last few feet • Search by stock number, VIN, customer, or hangtag KNOW YOUR INVENTORY • Every vehicle's current zone, updated continuously • Recently arrived and frontline-ready lists • Reconditioning progress by stage • Alerts when a vehicle has not been seen where it should be RUN THE SERVICE DRIVE • Shop floor board showing open repair orders and where each car is • Hangtag and keytag pairing, so the tag number finds the car • Time in bay, time on site, and parts-wait visibility • See at a glance which vehicles are ready and which are waiting STAY AHEAD OF PROBLEMS • Push notifications for vehicles that go missing or move unexpectedly • Tag battery warnings before a tag goes dark • Zone coverage health REQUIREMENTS KeyFlock requires KeyFlock hardware installed at your dealership and an active account. It is not a consumer product and will not function without both. Contact us at keyflock.com to get set up. PERMISSIONS • Bluetooth — to detect the beacon tags on keys and vehicles • Location — Android requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning, and the app uses it to report where a tag was seen so a vehicle can be located on the lot • Notifications — to alert you about missing vehicles and unexpected movement We do not use your data for advertising, and the app contains no ads and no third-party analytics.
