KeyDocs

KeyDocs Mobile is the companion app for the KeyDocs Consumer Portal, designed to give users secure, reliable, and offline access to their organisation’s most important controlled documents. Controlled documents — such as policies, procedures, manuals, and compliance material — must always be accurate and approved. KeyDocs ensures these documents go through proper review and approval processes before users see them. With KeyDocs Mobile, those approved documents are always at your fingertips, even in remote or offline environments. Stay Updated. Stay Compliant. Stay Ready. KeyDocs Mobile automatically syncs your subscribed documents to your device, ensuring you always have the latest version. When new versions are approved, they are downloaded instantly and older versions are removed — keeping your library clean, current, and compliant. Key Features Offline Access to Controlled Documents Your subscribed documents are securely stored on your device for uninterrupted access anywhere. Automatic Syncing Always have the latest approved version. New document releases sync automatically.
