Kettvane Interval Timer

Kettvane is an interval timer for people who train by the clock: HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, circuits, or any work / rest pattern you make up yourself. Set it once, prop the phone up, and stop looking at it. The whole screen changes colour with the phase — coral for work, teal for rest, violet for the break between sets — so you can tell what to do from across the room without reading a single word. Three beeps count you into every change. WHAT'S IN IT • Six ready-made intervals: Tabata, HIIT 40/20, Core Circuit, EMOM 10, Quick Seven, Strength 5×5 • Build your own: get-ready, work, rest, rounds, sets, break between sets • Sets and rounds, not just rounds — for circuits that repeat as a block • A full-screen runner with the round and set you're on, what's coming next, and how much of the whole session is left • Pause, jump back, skip forward — the timeline is always exact • The screen stays awake while an interval runs • Audio cues on the last three seconds and at every phase change, switchable ZERO PERMISSIONS — AND WHAT THAT COSTS This app requests no Android permissions at all. Not camera, not microphone, not location, not storage, and — this is the important one — not internet. Without the INTERNET permission the operating system will not let the app open a network connection. "Your data never leaves your phone" is not a promise we are asking you to take on trust; it is something Android enforces. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs. Nothing to subscribe to. Everything works the moment you install it, forever, offline. The honest cost: because there is no foreground service and no notification permission, Android freezes the app once the screen locks. The cues will not sound from your pocket. That is a deliberate trade — it is the price of the empty permission list. While an interval is running the screen is kept awake on purpose, so stand the phone up where you can see it. Your intervals are saved in this app's private storage. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are both switched off, so they never leave this device — which also means uninstalling deletes them for good. NO DATA IS COLLECTED. NO DATA IS SHARED. THERE IS NOTHING TO OPT OUT OF.
