KeepUp is an AI-powered fitness tracking app that helps you monitor and track your workouts in real time using your phone’s camera. KeepUp uses on-device pose estimation technology to support 30+ exercises. You can either allow automatic exercise recognition or manually select the exercise type. ✔ Key Features • AI Exercise Recognition Automatically identifies exercise movements in real time using on-device pose estimation. • 30+ Built-in Exercises Includes push-ups, squats, planks, jumping jacks, handstand holds, and more across strength, cardio, core, and stretching categories. • Real-time Rep & Timer Tracking Counts repetitions for dynamic exercises and tracks duration for static holds. • Skeleton Motion Replay After each workout, a skeleton-based replay can be generated locally to help review movement patterns and training form. • Voice & Vibration Feedback Provides optional audio cues for repetition counts and vibration feedback for timed intervals. • Personal Progress Tracking Tracks workout history, streaks, and performance trends across different time periods. • Community & Leaderboard Users can share workout summaries, view community activity, and participate in leaderboards. ✔ Privacy First All pose estimation processing runs locally on your device in real time. No raw video or audio is recorded or uploaded to external servers. For skeleton replay generation, temporary frame data is processed locally and automatically deleted after the replay is created. When sharing workouts, only pose keypoints and workout statistics are uploaded. No video, images, or audio are included. An internet connection and account are required only for community features (sharing, leaderboards, messages) and cloud synchronization.
