Full description
Keeping Quality works out whether the crops in a cold room can actually share it, and how many days of life each lot has left at the temperature it is really being held at. Entirely on your phone. No account, no signal, no subscription. TWO QUESTIONS IT ANSWERS 1. Can these commodities share one room, at one set point? 2. How long will this lot keep, in THIS room rather than in a textbook? WHAT A COMPATIBILITY WALL CHART GETS WRONG - A chart is pairwise. A room is a SET, and a set can fail when every pair in it passes. Apple (-1 to 4C) and orange (3 to 8C) overlap. Orange and pepper (7 to 10C) overlap. Apple and pepper do not overlap at all - so a room holding all three has no set point that suits it, and no pair on the chart would have told you. - The app intersects every commodity's band at once and reports the band they genuinely share. When that band is empty it REFUSES: no number, no average, no compromise temperature that quietly ruins something. - Colder is not always longer. Respiration slows as it gets colder, so life climbs - until you pass a commodity's chilling threshold, where cold injury starts costing more life than slow respiration saves. For those crops the curve climbs, peaks and falls away, and the coldest room is the wrong room. - Ethylene and odour genuinely are pairwise, and are reported that way: which one gives it off, which one is sensitive, and what you will actually see happen. WORKED OUT AGAINST YOUR ROOM, NOT A BOOK Every answer starts from the room's own set point and its own recorded temperatures. An excursion is measured against what the room was asked for - 4C is fine in one room and an alarm in another. Rooms with no recent reading are treated as unverified rather than assumed to be holding. WHAT IS IN IT - Cold rooms with set point, humidity and cooling capacity - Lots booked in against a commodity, with reference, mass, tags and field temperature - The room verdict: shared band, set-point check, and every clash named with the pair it belongs to - Remaining life per lot as a depleting bar, sorted so what has to move first is at the top - A shipped reference of 24 commodities: bands, humidity, ethylene, odour and chilling thresholds - Storage life against room temperature, drawn - so the turnover point is visible, not asserted - Temperature log grouped by day, with excursions flagged against each room's own set point - Insights: what is held, what needs moving, median life left, excursions, recorded trend - Search, filter, sort, pin, multi-select MOVE and ship-out, with undo on every deletion - Export to JSON and CSV, print the commodity reference, restore from backup, or clear everything - Celsius or Fahrenheit, kilograms or pounds, your choice of currency - Light and dark themes, four accents, optional compact density PRIVACY No account. No ads. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. No data collected and none shared. The app requests no runtime permissions at all. Its single network request is loading the privacy policy in Settings; everything else works in flight mode. The shipped commodity reference is a published guide, not a warranty. Your own room, your own crop and your own harvest date beat any table.

What's new

First release. - Set compatibility: every commodity's temperature band intersected at once, not pair by pair. - A refusal when no single set point suits a room, naming the two crops furthest apart. - Remaining life against the room's real set point, chilling penalty included. - The life-against-temperature curve drawn, so where colder stops helping is visible. - Temperature log, insights, CSV and JSON export, backup and restore. - Fully offline. No account, no ads, no data collected.
