Keeper Work es la app para fichar la jornada y llevar la vida laboral al día, sin complicaciones. La usan tanto los trabajadores para fichar y gestionar su día a día, como los encargados y responsables para supervisar a su equipo. Pensada para usarse en segundos.
FICHA EN UN TOQUE
• Entrada, salida y pausas con un botón grande y claro.
• Funciona aunque no tengas cobertura: el fichaje se guarda y se sincroniza solo al recuperar conexión.
• Tu registro de jornada queda protegido frente a manipulaciones: cada fichaje se encadena criptográficamente y no se puede editar ni borrar.
UBICACIÓN SOLO AL FICHAR (Y NUNCA TE BLOQUEA)
• Keeper Work usa tu ubicación únicamente en el momento exacto de fichar, para avisar si estás dentro o fuera del centro.
• Nunca hay seguimiento continuo ni en segundo plano.
• Si rechazas el permiso, el fichaje se registra igualmente. La ubicación nunca impide fichar.
TODO TU TRABAJO, EN TU BOLSILLO
• Consulta tus horas trabajadas por día y semana.
• Mira tu cuadrante y tus próximos turnos.
• Solicita vacaciones y ausencias, y recibe la respuesta en la app.
• Accede a tus documentos: contratos y nóminas, y fírmalos desde el móvil.
• Sube tu ID y tus certificados.
• Reporta una incidencia o una avería del centro, con foto y dictado por voz.
• Recibe avisos de turnos, correcciones de fichaje y respuestas de RRHH.
PARA ENCARGADOS Y RESPONSABLES
• Si gestionas un equipo, supervísalo desde la misma app.
• Revisa los fichajes de tu personal y las incidencias de jornada que requieren tu atención.
• Aprueba o rechaza las solicitudes de vacaciones y ausencias.
• Gestiona las averías e incidencias reportadas en el centro y haz seguimiento hasta resolverlas.
• Recibe un aviso cuando algo necesita tu revisión.
PARA TU NEGOCIO
• Cumple el registro horario obligatorio sin papeleo ni hojas de cálculo: tu empresa queda en regla desde el primer día.
• Ahorra horas de gestión cada semana: fichajes, turnos, vacaciones y documentos del equipo en un solo sitio.
