hTrim tells you exactly when it's your turn. Booking a haircut normally means guessing. You show up, you sit, and you wait without knowing whether it's ten minutes or an hour. hTrim replaces the guess with a time: book a seat at a salon or barber near you, and watch your position and expected start time update live as the day runs. FOR CUSTOMERS • Find a salon — search by name, browse a map around you, or narrow down by Division, District, Upazila and Union. • Pick what you want and who does it — see each salon's services, prices and typical duration, then choose your expert. • Know your time up front — the moment you book, hTrim shows your place in line and the expected start time for your booking. • Live queue updates — when a session runs long, someone cancels or a walk-in is fitted in, hTrim recalculates the queue and sends you a notification if your time moves. • Book today or ahead — reserve a future date and a preferred time, and see the nearest slot that actually works. • Book for your family — add a child or an elderly parent who doesn't use a phone, and manage their appointments, profile and reviews from your own account. • Tap "Arrived" when you reach the salon, and follow your turn from the chair-side queue. • Rate the expert and the salon separately after your visit, with an optional comment. • Keep your history — every visit, the services you had and what you were charged, in one list. FOR SALON OWNERS AND STAFF hTrim is the same app on the other side of the chair. Sign in with your staff account and the app reshapes itself to your role — owner, branch manager, receptionist or expert. • Today's board — every slot, every booking, who is being served right now, and how many people are waiting per expert. • Run the chair — start a session, finish it, record the bill, mark a no-show. • Walk-ins — the front desk can create a booking for a customer who isn't on the app and drop them into the queue. • Staff and permissions — invite managers, receptionists and experts, set what each may do, and keep a full history of who acted in which role and when. • Working slots — set each expert's working windows per branch and per weekday, with a cap on bookings, including experts who work mornings at one branch and evenings at another. • Services and pricing — your own catalogue, your own prices and durations. • Attendance and time off — clock in and out, request and approve leave. • Money — record expenses, run payroll, and read revenue, profit, service and payroll reports, exportable as CSV. • Multiple branches under one business, each with its own address, staff and queue. HOW THE QUEUE WORKS Every expert's working slot holds an ordered queue. hTrim estimates each booking from the services chosen, the expert's own average session time and their usual start delay, then recomputes the whole slot every time something real happens — a session starts or ends, a booking is cancelled, someone doesn't appear. That is why the time you see stays honest instead of drifting through the day. GOOD TO KNOW • Bangla and English, switchable in the app. • Built for Bangladesh, with the full Division–District–Upazila–Union address hierarchy. • Payment for your haircut is made at the salon; a salon may ask for an advance when you book, and the amount is shown before you confirm. • Salons use hTrim on a subscription.
