KB Tourism

The KB Tourism mobile app is the phone version of the KB Tourism transfer operations panel. It is built for the drivers, agencies and transport companies who handle airport transfers, intercity transfers and tours, bringing their daily work into a single screen. The app is for users whose accounts are issued by the company; accounts cannot be created inside the app. FOR DRIVERS • Every job assigned to you, listed with pickup and drop-off points, time, flight number and passenger details. • Accept the job, then move it forward with "Passenger picked up" and "Complete job". • Open the customer voucher and job documents on your phone. • Record your expenses and attach a photo of the receipt. • See your earnings and account statement. NIGHT TRANSFER ALARM On jobs that depart before dawn, oversleeping is the most expensive mistake. When an alarm is set for a job, it is written to the phone's own alarm mechanism: it rings even with no internet connection, with the app closed and with the server unreachable. It opens on top of the lock screen, rises gradually in volume and does not stop until you turn it off. FOR AGENCIES • Create reservations and follow their status and driver assignment. • See the price list defined for you and your account statement. FOR TRANSPORT COMPANIES • Manage the drivers and vehicles on your roster. • Track the jobs, expenses and earnings that belong to your company. NOTIFICATIONS New job assignments, status changes and announcements reach your phone instantly. Notifications carry a different sound and vibration for each type of event, and you can tune each one separately from your phone's settings. SECURITY AND PRIVACY • Fast sign-in with fingerprint or face recognition. Your biometric data is never sent to the app or to the server; the phone's operating system performs the verification. • All communication is encrypted with HTTPS. • Each user sees only their own jobs and their own company's data. • The app does not access your location, contacts or messages, and shows no ads. Photos are used only when you add a profile picture or an expense receipt yourself. Dark and light themes, Turkish and English interface. If you do not have an account, please contact your company representative. Privacy policy: https://kbtransferpanel.com/Gizlilik
