「かぞくのサポート」は、はなれて暮らす家族が、高齢の親などのスマートフォン操作を“その場にいなくても”安全に手伝うためのアプリです。 ■ こんなときに・親から「スマホがわからない」と電話がきても、実際の画面を見ながら教えてあげられます。・「どこを押すの？」のやりとりを、口で説明するのではなく、画面を見て解決できます。 ■ 使い方はかんたん（2人で使います）・助けてもらう人（親など）：「見せる」を押すだけ。むずかしい設定はありません。・助ける人（家族）：届いたおねがいを「うける」と、相手の画面が見られます。 ■ 安心のための設計・連絡先は“あなたのスマホの中だけ”で使われ、外に送られません。・画面は、見せる人が自分で「見せる」を押したときだけ共有されます。共有をやめると、画面のデータはすぐに消えます。・つながれるのは“自分の連絡先にいる家族”だけ。知らない番号や、電話でだます相手は、そもそも選択肢に出てきません。・いつでも「やめる」で共有を止められます。 ■ 高齢の方にもやさしく・文字を大きく、ボタンを少なく、まようポイントを減らしています。大切な家族のスマホを、安心して手伝えるように。「かぞくのサポート」をご利用ください。
