EduReport is a comprehensive Android-based school management application developed to simplify and modernize the day-to-day administrative and academic responsibilities of teachers. The application serves as a complete digital assistant for primary and secondary school educators by providing an integrated platform for student record management, attendance tracking, CCE-based grading, assessment evaluation, descriptive remark generation, and professional progress report creation. Designed specifically for schools following the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) pattern, EduReport helps teachers eliminate time-consuming manual calculations and paperwork. The application enables educators to efficiently manage student records, monitor attendance, record subject-wise marks, calculate grades automatically, and generate print-ready bilingual progress reports in English and Marathi. EduReport offers powerful attendance management tools, allowing teachers to mark daily attendance quickly and accurately. The system automatically maintains attendance statistics and generates summaries that can be included in student report cards. Teachers can also manage complete student profiles, class-wise records, and academic information through an organized and user-friendly interface. The grading module supports multiple assessment categories such as Oral, Practical, Project, Assignment, Activity, and Written Examination. Once marks are entered, EduReport automatically calculates percentages and converts them into standard grades such as A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C-1, and C-2 according to predefined grading rules. This automation significantly reduces errors and ensures consistency in evaluation. To promote holistic student development, EduReport allows teachers to record descriptive remarks related to academic performance, strengths, interests, behavior, communication skills, and areas for improvement. These remarks help create meaningful and personalized feedback for students and parents. One of the application's most valuable features is its advanced PDF report generation system. Attendance data, academic performance, grades, remarks, and student information are automatically compiled into professionally formatted progress reports. These reports can be viewed, printed, shared, and archived digitally for future reference. EduReport also includes OCR (Optical Character Recognition) support, enabling teachers to scan documents and reduce manual data entry efforts. The application follows an offline-first architecture, ensuring uninterrupted functionality even in areas with poor internet connectivity. All records are stored locally for instant access and synchronized with Firebase Firestore in the background whenever a network connection becomes available.
