Qare est le service n°1 en France avec 95% de satisfaction. Depuis le 1er octobre 2022, les téléconsultations sont remboursables, prises en charge à 70% par l'assurance maladie et 30% par les complémentaires. Qare vous invite à renseigner votre numéro de sécurité sociale et celui de votre complémentaire santé pour simplifier votre prise en charge. COMMENT PRENDRE RDV AVEC UN MÉDECIN SUR QARE ? 1/ Téléchargez l’application et créez votre compte patient 2/ Prenez RDV avec un médecin généraliste ou un spécialiste sur le créneau de votre choix 3/ Connectez-vous 15 minutes avant l’horaire de la téléconsultation, et cliquez sur “Entrer en salle d’attente” pour accéder au rendez-vous. Vous passerez par 4 étapes, qui consisteront à renseigner les informations nécessaires : dossier médical, médecin traitant, quelques questions médicales indispensables pour le médecin, et faire vos tests de connexion afin d’être prêt lorsque le praticien démarrera la téléconsultation. 4/ Après la téléconsultation, retrouvez votre compte-rendu de consultation dans votre espace patient, ainsi que d’éventuels autres documents médicaux. L’application est sécurisée, simple et rapide. Notre équipe Support Patient répond à vos questions en moyenne en 2 minutes par chat. LES PRATICIENS DISPONIBLES SUR QARE Sur Qare, les médecins sont tous inscrits à l’Ordre des Médecins et exercent en France. Ils ont reçu une formation en santé digitale pour exercer la téléconsultation. La solution Qare donne accès à de nombreuses spécialités médicales ainsi qu'à d'autres professions de santé : - médecins généralistes - psychiatres - pédiatres - dermatologues - gynécologues - Ophtalmologistes - Médecins nutritionnistes - sages femmes - chirurgiens-dentistes - psychologues - kinésithérapeutes - diététiciens UN AVIS MÉDICAL DANS LA JOURNEE EN TÉLÉCONSULTATION Exemples de motifs pouvant être pris en charge en téléconsultation : MÉDECINE GÉNÉRALE : infection urinaire, maladies chroniques, migraine, allergie saisonnière, vaccins, éruption, infections sexuellement transmissibles, maux de gorge, troubles digestifs, rhinopharyngite... SANTÉ MENTALE : stress, surmenage, burnout, angoisse, phobies... PÉDIATRIE : conjonctivite, questions sur l’alimentation, poux, varicelle... Nous vous rappelons que certaines demandes ne sont pas adaptées à la téléconsultation et doivent être prises en charge par un médecin en cabinet : douleur d’oreille, certificat de non contre-indication au sport...
