Ballpoint: Photo Paperwork

Keep your notebook. We make it professional. Ballpoint turns photos of handwritten job notes, site reports, sketches, receipts and products into finished business paperwork. Snap a photo, check what it read, then share a branded quote, invoice or report PDF — or save an expense, contact, drawing or product image. SNAP -> CHECK -> SEND • Snap handwritten job notes, a rough sketch, a product, site photos, a receipt or a business card. • Check one simple screen. Anything uncertain is highlighted, and you can tap back to the original photo. • Send a branded PDF quote, invoice or report by WhatsApp, email or text. MORE THAN A QUOTE APP Ballpoint is built for tradespeople and small businesses who already write things down: • Builders, plumbers, electricians, decorators, landscapers, joiners, roofers and gas engineers making quotes and invoices. • Surveyors, installers, maintenance teams and snagging crews turning site notes and photos into report PDFs. • Makers, shops and sellers turning product photos into white cut-outs, studio images, in-use shots and hero images. • Anyone with receipts, business cards, sketches or price lists they do not want to retype. WHY TRADES TRUST IT It reads your handwriting and your prices. Ballpoint transcribes what you wrote; it does not invent lines or guess numbers. The maths is always right. Totals and VAT are recalculated in code every time, so even if a handwriting reading needs a nudge, the sums add up. It works offline. Capture, review, make the PDF and share it from a basement, a loft or a rural site with no signal. A draft is never lost. The document matches the input. A quote can include dimensions, scope, deposit terms and prices. A report can include findings, measurements, recommendations and photos. Product images stay grouped with the original upload so you can create several versions from the same real item. Branded like it is yours. Your logo, colours, T&Cs, VAT details and company details are built into the paperwork. HONEST PRICING • Free trial: 15 documents. Every feature. No card.
