Boring AR Measure & Plan

Boring AR Measure & Plan turns your phone camera into a tape measure and a floor plan generator. Point at a corner, tap, and walk the room. Every wall is measured in real time and the 2D floor plan draws itself as you go - no laser, no paper, no typing numbers. MEASURE WITH YOUR CAMERA - AR tape measure: tap corner to corner and read the real length on every edge - Live distance readout while you aim - Undo any point without starting over - Metric (m, cm) or imperial (ft, in) INSTANT FLOOR PLAN - The 2D plan builds itself while you measure - Total area (m2 / sq ft) and perimeter calculated automatically - Every wall labelled with its length - Rename and keep as many plans as you like SHARE AND EXPORT - Export any plan to PDF (A4) or PNG - Share straight to email, chat or cloud storage WHO IT IS FOR Renters and buyers checking whether the sofa fits. Home owners planning a renovation. Real estate agents who need a quick floor plan. Contractors, painters and flooring installers estimating a job. Anyone who needs a room measured and does not have a tape measure to hand. WORKS OFFLINE Everything is measured and stored on your device. No account, no sign-up, no internet connection needed. REQUIREMENTS Requires an ARCore-capable device with Google Play Services for AR installed. Accuracy depends on lighting and surface texture: measure in a well-lit room and move the phone slowly so the floor is detected before you place the first point. Readings are estimates and are not a substitute for a certified measuring tool. Available in 20 languages.
