Kapsha Staff is the employee app for Kapsha Constructions Pvt. Ltd. This app is for Kapsha employees only. An account is created by the company and you sign in with the mobile number held in your staff record. It cannot be used by anyone outside the company. MARK YOUR ATTENDANCE Punch in and out from your phone. A photograph and your location are recorded at that moment so attendance can be verified. Where there is no signal the punch is held on your phone with the time you took it, and sent automatically when you are back in coverage. SEE YOUR MONTH Every day of the month with your in and out times, hours worked, overtime and payable days. Your leave balance and the status of any request. YOUR WORK Tasks raised in daily meetings appear here with the date they are due. Mark them done, attach a photograph where proof is needed, and see the approver's decision. MEETING MINUTES Read the minutes of meetings you attended, who was present and what was decided, with the points assigned to you shown first. YOUR POINTS AND REWARDS Every point you have earned with the reason behind it, your balance, and the rewards you can claim. FIX A MISTAKE If a punch was missed or recorded wrongly, raise a correction from the app. It goes to your supervisor for approval. STAY INFORMED Updates about assigned work, approvals, advisories and meeting minutes, in the app and on WhatsApp. ABOUT PERMISSIONS Camera is used only for the photograph you take when punching or attaching proof. Location is read only in the seconds after you press the punch button — there is no background tracking and nothing is recorded while the app is closed. Built and maintained by 5GENTECH.
