Hardcore Walk

Hardcore Walk is a walking game where your real daily steps move a character through a world of meadows, forests and mountains. Connect Health Connect to use your step count in the game. You can walk alongside players from around the world on the shared road, or invite friends to a private walking challenge. You can take part in both at the same time, with separate progress in each. THE SHARED ROAD: WALK ALONGSIDE OTHER PLAYERS The shared road is the public part of the game. Everyone travels through the same world, and you can see and chat with walkers near your character. There is no finish line or leaderboard. Choose your own daily step goal and one of two modes. Players in both modes share the road: Adventure: Your goal is a personal target. If you miss it, you keep your progress and carry on whenever you next walk. Hardcore: You must reach your goal each day. Miss it once and your walk ends. You can choose to start again the next day in either mode, but your character starts back at the beginning of the road. In both modes, the steps you walk determine how far your character travels. For example, if your goal is 5,000 steps and you walk 8,000, all 8,000 count toward your progress on the shared road. PRIVATE ROUNDS: COMPETE WITH FRIENDS A private round is a separate challenge for the people you invite. Create a round and share its invite code, or join a friend's round. The person creating it chooses the mode for everyone, and each player chooses their own daily step goal. Adventure rounds: Compete to see who walks farthest. All your steps count toward distance, including steps beyond your goal. Missing your goal does not knock you out. Hardcore rounds: Compete to see who can keep reaching their daily goal. Miss your goal and you are out of that round. Your goal also sets the most steps that can count toward your distance each day. With a 5,000-step goal, walking 8,000 steps adds only 5,000 to your distance in this round. The extra steps do not carry over to tomorrow. A higher goal lets you travel farther each day, but you must reach that higher goal to stay in. Private rounds have their own progress and results. Being knocked out of one does not end your walk on the shared road or your other rounds. GET STARTED Create your character, connect Health Connect, and choose a daily goal and mode.
