Full description

Kahf helps you regain control over your attention by curbing compulsive screen time on short-form video apps like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Instead of rigid blockers that are easy to bypass or delete, Kahf introduces mindful friction at the exact moment you open an app—giving you a moment to pause, breathe, and decide whether you truly want to scroll. Key Features: - Daily Screen Time Budgets: Set a clear daily allowance (15, 30, or 60 minutes) for distracting apps. When your time is reached, access is closed for the day. - Mindful Checkpoints: Break autopilot scrolling with brief breathing pauses and intention-setting prompts before an app opens. - Flexible Protection: Choose exactly which apps to monitor, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Snapchat. - Prayer Times: Built-in Islamic prayer times calculated locally to help you structure your day around meaningful anchors. - Complete Privacy: All usage tracking and preferences remain strictly on your phone. No accounts, no tracking servers, and zero data collection. Stop scrolling on autopilot. Build healthier digital habits with Kahf.

What's new

New in this release: - Added a feature walkthrough tutorial for new users after completing onboarding. - Added a "Rate Kahf" option in the Settings menu so you can easily share your feedback. - Fixed an issue where the block alert notification would remain pinned to the screen. - Fixed a visual glitch where the timer would briefly show 0 minutes after extending time. - Under-the-hood stability improvements and Android compatibility updates.
