Full description
Roger is head-copy practice for Morse code (CW), not flashcards or canned drills. You listen to real content sent in Morse and type what you hear as it plays, with live green/red feedback on every character. Live feedback highlights every character green or red as you type, so you always know exactly where you stand. WHAT YOU COPY Roger's content comes from three real, licensed sources, not made-up practice sentences: • VOA Learning English: news and feature articles written in a controlled, learner-friendly vocabulary, across topics like science, health, business, and culture, at Intermediate and Advanced difficulty • American Stories: VOA's simplified retellings of classic American fiction (Hawthorne, Crane, and others) • 50-Word Stories: short, adult-toned microfiction, exactly 50 words each You choose your own speed (character WPM), how much punctuation gets sent and how numbers are represented. Pause, stop, or repeat any session as many times as you want. FEEDBACK THAT ACTUALLY HELPS Every session ends with a report card: accuracy, effective WPM, and a breakdown of substitutions vs. omissions vs. self-corrected mistakes, plus which specific letters gave you trouble, so you know exactly what to drill next. TRACK REAL PROGRESS • A personal bookshelf of everything you've completed • Streaks and a practice-activity calendar • Ham-radio-flavored badges for consistency, accuracy, and topic variety • Printable certificates, signed by Roger himself, to celebrate your accomplisments • A leaderboard to track how the world is copying FREE, NO CATCH Roger is permanently free: no ads, no account required to start. Sign up with just an email if you want to track your progress; otherwise it's fully anonymous. Built by a ham radio operator. Roger, a quiet post for the practice of listening.
