Dayunfold: Morning Ritual

Your day takes its shape in the first minutes after waking. Dayunfold is a four-step morning ritual you do before your phone decides your frame. On paper it takes five minutes; here it takes five minutes too, just with a memory. THE RITUAL 1. Thankful: three specific thank-yous. Not "family," but "the way she laughed at breakfast." 2. Identity: who are you acting as today, with one concrete action. "Today I act like someone who ships: I finish X before lunch." 3. Stillness: a few minutes of no reactive input. Sit in silence, count breaths, scan your body, or just drink your coffee without a screen. 4. SIM & MAD: one move that creates momentum, one thing that actually restores you. In the evening, a one-minute close-out: did they happen, how is your energy, one honest line. IT NEVER GRADES YOU Dayunfold teaches by example. Every prompt shows a vague entry next to a concrete one. It never scores, judges, or rewrites what you write. Your words stay yours.
