Neon Pose - AI Workout Counter

Neon Pose is a workout app that automatically counts your reps and manages your sets — powered by AI pose detection. Set your target reps and sets for each exercise. The AI uses your camera to detect your movements and counts only the reps performed with proper form. A 0–100 form score and a real-time neon skeleton overlay let you see exactly how you're doing. 【Who is this for?】 • People who find it annoying to count reps and sets manually • Anyone who wants to stay focused on the exercise, not the counting • Those who want to track both form quality and rep volume in one app • Anyone managing squats, push-ups, and sit-ups together 【Key Features】 ■ Rep Counter & Set Manager Set your target reps and sets per exercise. The AI detects your movements via camera and auto-counts only clean reps. On-screen guidance walks you through rest periods between sets — no more losing track. ■ Real-Time Pose Estimation with Neon Skeleton Overlay Powered by Google ML Kit, the app detects your body in real time and renders a neon-colored skeleton overlay. The skeleton color changes based on your form score (cyan / green / red), so you instantly know if you're doing well. No special equipment or markers needed. ■ Form Score: 0–100 Your score is based on 4 criteria: • ROM (Range of Motion) — depth and range of movement • Stability — smoothness and control • Posture — proper body alignment • Symmetry — left-right balance Track your progress over time: "I got deeper today than yesterday." ■ Improvement Advice After each set, get up to 2 specific tips to improve your form. Clear, actionable feedback like "push your knees further forward" or "avoid over-arching your lower back." ■ Supported Exercises • Squat — lower body strength • Push-up — chest and arms • Sit-up — core No gym required. Train smarter at home or anywhere, with real-time form feedback and automatic rep counting.
