MillSaathi

MillSaathi is the digital munim for dal mills. It replaces the paper gate register and the stock book with a simple phone app that anyone at the mill can use — in Marathi or English. Every lorry in one tap • Goods in (आवक) and goods out (जावक) with big, simple buttons • Type the lorry number on a number-plate keypad; recent lorries come up by themselves • Village, broker / party and goods are searched as you type — new names are saved automatically • Weight in quintal, bags optional; moisture, GRN, DO / DC, RST and claim when you need them • Add photos and print or share a slip on WhatsApp Know what is stored where • Stock of every factory and godown — raw grain, dal and chunni — in quintal • Whose goods are lying where, including rented and bank-pledged godowns • Goods moved between your godowns and factories are taken off the right place automatically • See what came in and went out, from where and why, for any day or dates you choose Milling (उत्पादन) • Record what went into the mill and what came out • Dal yield and loss calculated for you Stock count • Count the real stock by weight; the app corrects its figures and keeps the difference on record Ask in Marathi or English • "आज किती माल आला?" · "What is in Mahajan Warehouse?" · "Where is tur dal stored?" — answered from your own register Made for the mill floor • Large text and buttons, very little typing, works the same for owner and munim • Each person sees only the factories they work at; the owner sees everything • Sign in once with your phone number and PIN • Reports as PDF or Excel for any factory or godown (office web app) • Updates arrive automatically — no reinstalling MillSaathi is used with a MillSaathi account set up for your mill.
