SelectSpeak is designed and tested for English on-screen text and English text-to-speech voices. Voice availability depends on the English TTS voices installed on your device. Tap the floating tab and SelectSpeak takes a screenshot, runs on-device OCR, and highlights every line of text it found. Trace your finger across the lines you want, lift, and listen. HOW IT WORKS 1. Enable the SelectSpeak accessibility service once. 2. A subtle floating tab appears at the edge of every screen. 3. Tap the tab to capture. Trace the lines you want. Lift to play. 4. Drag the tab anywhere on screen, dock it to either edge, or drop it into the bin to pause. 100% LOCAL — NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE SelectSpeak does not request the internet permission.
