bitGateLab Scanner turns your camera into a document scanner that respects your privacy: everything is processed and stored on your device. No account, no cloud, nothing uploaded to any server. It even works offline. SMART SCANNING • Automatic page detection with computer vision, backed by text recognition: it finds the document even when the edge barely stands out from the background. • Live glare warning and a built-in flashlight for scanning in low light. • Perspective correction with true proportions: the page comes out flat and straight even if the photo was tilted. • Manual corner adjustment with a precision loupe and two-finger zoom. • White balance slider with live preview: fix cold or warm lighting tones. • Shadow and uneven-lighting removal (your hand, the lamp, the window). • Selectable resolution (150–300 dpi): sharp for reading and OCR, without huge files. IMAGE ENHANCEMENT • Color mode: true colors, with optional one-tap shadow removal. • Text mode: high-contrast grayscale, ideal for printing or reading. • Live brightness and contrast, plus one-tap auto levels. • Switch modes anytime: your edits are never lost. OCR AND PROFESSIONAL PDF • On-device OCR: view and copy the recognized text; the PDF embeds it invisibly over the image so it can be searched, selected and copied. • Whatever you blur is also removed from the PDF text layer: redaction is real. • Import existing PDFs and edit them as if you had scanned them. • Multi-page documents, reorderable by dragging; editable file name. • A4, Letter, Legal, Tabloid, fit-to-document, or custom size in mm, inches or pixels. • Built-in preview and PDF reader; share via WhatsApp, email, Drive or any other app. PREVIOUS JOBS • Each document is a single item with four clear actions: open, edit, share and delete. • Edit an old job (color, signature, new pages) and its PDF updates itself: no duplicates.
