橘猫VPN是一款网络连接与隐私保护工具，通过VPN技术为用户建立安全的网络连接，帮助用户在使用互联网时提升网络连接的安全性与隐私保护能力。【VpnService使用说明】橘猫VPN将Android VpnService作为应用的核心功能，用于在用户设备与VPN服务器之间建立设备级加密网络隧道，并通过该隧道传输用户主动发起的网络流量。 VpnService不会自动开启。用户进入应用后，需要主动选择线路、点击连接按钮，并在Android系统弹出的VPN连接请求中明确授权，VPN服务才会启动。连接成功后，用户可以随时在应用内点击断开，停止VPN连接。应用已在开屏页面向用户醒目展示与VpnService及相关数据处理有关的说明，包括涉及的数据类型和使用目的。用户需要主动阅读并点击“同意”后才能进入应用；如用户不同意，可以点击“关闭”退出应用。相关数据仅用于提供网络连接、保障服务正常运行、账号及设备安全和必要的故障诊断，具体处理方式以应用内的醒目披露及《隐私政策》为准。橘猫VPN不会利用VpnService重定向或操纵其他应用的广告流量进行变现，也不会将VpnService用于与本应用VPN核心功能无关的用途。用户设备至VPN隧道端点之间的数据采用加密方式传输。
