Kind to Me: Daily Affirmations

Kind to Me shows you one affirmation at a time, full screen, in a tone you choose. It is built for the two minutes before you get out of bed and the two minutes before you fall asleep. Every line is written to sound like something a person would actually say to you, not something printed on a poster. ONE LINE AT A TIME • A large library of affirmations covering calm, confidence, self-love, mornings, gratitude, focus, sleep, healing, boundaries, work, the body and more. • Choose a gentle, balanced or direct tone, so the words land the way you need them to. • Listen with the built-in read-aloud voice at a pace you set, free for everyone, or read in silence. • Tell it more like this or not today, and save the ones that worked. ROUTINES, NOT JUST QUOTES • Short routines for mornings, confidence and winding down, with a set of starter routines free. • Say It With Me, which speaks the line and then leaves you a pause to say it out loud. • Life-moment packs for the specific bad hour, such as before a meeting, after criticism, starting again, or winding down for sleep. • Optional quiet background music while a routine plays. IT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE • Up to three optional daily reminders at the times you pick, in the mode you pick. • A home screen and lock screen widget with a steady line for the day. • Share a typeset affirmation image with someone who needs it. • A progress view that counts quiet days rather than points, and forgives a missed one. MAKE IT YOURS Write your own affirmations, or record them in your own voice, so the encouragement sounds like someone you trust. Recordings stay on this device. NEVER LOSE YOUR WORDS Some affirmation apps lose people's writing. Kind to Me exports a backup file that includes your written lines and your voice recordings, free, and restores it on a new phone. There are no ads, nothing is sold, and anonymous usage counts carry no names and no content. FREE AND PREMIUM Free includes the daily affirmation, read-aloud, three full collections, five life-moment packs, the starter routines, ten saved favorites, reminders, the widget, four themes and backup. Premium adds every remaining collection, the other routines, the rest of the life-moment packs, writing your own lines, recording in your own voice, unlimited favorites, richer share cards and premium themes. Premium is $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year, and the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Kind to Me is encouragement. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis or treatment.
