Choose a skill and an Expert. 2. Pick a public place, a time and a length, from 30 minutes to 6 hours. The price is fixed and shown before you pay. 3. Request the session. The Expert confirms within 15 minutes, or the request is cancelled and your money comes back. 4. Check in at the venue with your check-in code, then leave a review. SAFETY BUILT IN • Sessions take place in public places only • A check-in code on arrival, an emergency information screen, and one-tap reporting and blocking • Skills, bios and event descriptions are checked automatically, and a person reviews every report • Your location is only ever an approximate area, and the app works fully if you decline to share it • Optional Guardian: in some cities you can add a vetted professional who stays nearby in public, priced separately and shown before you pay Timefolk is for learning practical skills. It is not a dating service, and romantic or sexual services are prohibited on every session and profile. Timefolk is for adults 18 and over. TEACH AS AN EXPERT Have a skill worth teaching? Add your profession, your years of experience and the skills you teach, set your hours and your price within your city's range, and keep 80% of your price. Experts are independent: they teach in their own name, and Timefolk verifies them, handles payment and safety, and does not provide the teaching. MEMBERSHIP (OPTIONAL) Timefolk Plus for Clients removes the service fee on the sessions you schedule. Timefolk Pro for Experts lowers the Timefolk fee and puts you first in your price band. Both are optional and sold through Google Play. WHERE Timefolk is available in 120 countries, and Experts open city by city.
