Peak is a dedicated health team that gets you to peak health and keeps you there for life. £299 a year, about 82p a day. What you get: • Your own doctor, personal trainer and nutritionist. They read your results with you, build one plan across training, food, supplements and sleep, and adapt it based on what actually works • A 100+ biomarker blood test across all 10 health domains, drawn in person at a clinic near you • Ten more specialists in the app at no extra cost. Dermatology, physio, gut health, menopause, fertility, hair loss, men's health and endurance coaching, all of them already up to speed on your history • Your wearables, medical records, previous tests and scans in one place, read together rather than one at a time • The smallest changes that make the biggest difference, based on your data and current science • A photo food diary your nutritionist reviews, at-home fitness benchmarking, and targeted sleep experiments • Straight answers on supplements. Which are worth your money given your blood results, at what dose, and which brands • A plan for which health screens are worth having at which ages, given your family history and your data • Advanced tests bookable in the app when they are worth it.
