LekkaTill turns the Android phones your bar staff already carry into a fast, simple till. Ring up rounds, run tabs by name, send paid food to the kitchen and cash up at closing. It's built behind a real South African bar, for the way pubs actually trade. LekkaTill is for licensed bars, pubs and venues. Your pub signs up first and gets a pub code. Each staff member then signs in with their own login, and every sale is recorded against the person who rang it. RING UP A ROUND IN SECONDS • Departments laid out the way your pub works: Beer, Spirits, Shooters, Food and your own • Tap to add, or press and hold to set a quantity • Search any product by name • A running total always on screen TAKE PAYMENT YOUR WAY • Cash, with the change worked out for you • Card on your own card machine • SnapScan QR, if your pub uses it • Tips at checkout, with the pub's share of card tips worked out • Pool coins added to the same card payment, no fee • Cash off card for patrons, with your fee worked out TABS BY NAME • Open a tab for "Thabo, blue shirt" and add rounds all night from any phone • Drinks come off stock the moment they're poured • Settle at the end, with a tip FOOD GOES TO THE KITCHEN ONCE IT'S PAID FOR • Add a table or name and a note per dish • The kitchen sees its own screen with just the food, and a beep for every order • The bar gets a badge when food is ready at the pass STOCK IN TOTS AND GLASSES • Sell by the tot, glass, bottle or plate • Mixed drinks and dishes take their ingredients off stock • Book in a supplier's delivery from a photo of the note SHIFTS THAT BALANCE • Every barman starts and ends their own shift • The end-of-shift report shows takings, tips, cash advances and pool coins • "Expect in the till" tells each barman exactly what to count the drawer against PAID NOW, COLLECT LATER AND ON THE HOUSE • A patron pays for four beers and takes them one at a time • Drinks given on the house come off stock without counting as a sale FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS Owners run the pub from the LekkaTill owner website, on a phone or computer: products and prices, departments, staff logins, shifts and cash-ups, sales reports, deliveries, recipes with true cost and GP, and the pub's own settings. Shift supervisors can be given a limited login. The app itself stays focused on what bar staff need. FREE FOR YOUR STAFF The app is a free download. Each pub pays one monthly subscription for the hosted service, arranged through our website, never inside the app. Training videos for staff and owners are on lekkatill.co.za. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Staff sign in with a username and password, and passwords are never stored in readable form. Everything travels over an encrypted connection to LekkaTill's hosted service, where each pub's data is kept separate from every other pub's. The app shows no ads, doesn't track your location and uses no third-party analytics.
