Jobty

An application designed for the jack-of-all-trades, the all-rounders, the one-person shows, the "that's what I'm here for," the "this doesn't work without me," the "if I want it done right, I have to do it myself" types—but above all, for those who feel enslaved by their own dreams without realizing it, who don't understand why their company isn't growing or has stagnated, and who yearn for it to be immensely productive and successful. Principles: Action, sustainability, follow-up. Values: Immediacy, order, and control. Mission: To equip our clients with technological tools and consulting and engineering personnel to give their managers, administrators, supervisors, employees, or process creators what they need to execute their planning, implementation, management, and documentation operations in every function they perform, enabling them to see, analyze, control, and adjust the processes that give life to the company in a timely manner. Vision: To ensure that the processes in our client companies are an organized path that brings profitability and well-being. Companies where every human being feels comfortable, valued, understood, and constantly improving. A place where everyone knows the company will continue to function even when they're no longer there. A technological platform where people share what has driven our evolution as a civilization, which is nothing more than the experience of what we create, what we learn to do, what we know how to do and communicate, giving the world our grain of sand to build better companies in this humanity for which we are all responsible. Why is Jobty necessary? Jobty is the way you can be more organized and productive in your business. First, you must understand the effective method you use to do things, record instructions, assign them, and follow through. Second, you must have a knowledge center to adjust and analyze progress—something like an extension of your memory. And finally, you must belong to our tribe, where we advise you through experience, making your path simpler and more natural. Jobty is a technological solution based on three laws: Kidlin's Law, "If you describe the problem clearly, the problem is almost solved"; Gilbert's Law, "The biggest problem at work is that nobody tells you what to do"; and Wilson's Law, "If you prioritize information and intelligence at all times, the money keeps coming." Jobty is a path to freedom; by eliminating fear and uncertainty, it offers security and confidence in what you do. The system each company uses to create what it offers as benefits to society is unique. Even if the product or service is the same as that produced by other companies, each company will end up creating a system that makes it unique. This happens because humans are creative and tend to take different paths to reach the same destination. This is what makes all companies different: if the system a company has built is better than others, it stands out. You know the drill: better ways to train your team on what to do, better tools, readily available multimedia instructions... that company will reach its goals. Therefore, create a business that relies on systems built by you and your people, not one that relies on individuals. "A bird perched on a branch is never afraid that the branch will break, because its trust is not in the branch but in its own wings. You are the bird, and life is the branch. Life is movement, it is change. The only certainty is that absolute security doesn't exist; every decision carries a risk and, at the same time, an opportunity. Strength lies not in finding the perfect branch but in trusting your wings, in your ability to adapt, make decisions, and dare to jump. Enjoy the view while you're there, absorb every experience or lesson, and have complete faith that you will be able to move when the time comes."
