JMK Ops

JMK Ops is the staff app for JMK hotel teams. It puts the day-to-day running of the property in your pocket: reporting faults, completing fire walks, working the maintenance schedule and keeping compliance records straight. This app is for JMK hotel staff only. Your General Manager creates your account — there is no public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO Report a fault Raise a problem against a specific room or area, add a photo and a description, and send it straight to maintenance. Follow it through to fixed without having to chase anyone. Fire walks Follow your round and tap your phone on the NFC tag at each fire point. The app records that you were there and when, building the fire-safety audit trail as you walk it. Planned maintenance (PPM) Work the scheduled checks for your property, record them as they are completed, and see what is overdue at a glance. Housekeeping The rolling room programme, with what is due when. Mark rooms complete as you go, and send anything broken straight to maintenance from the same screen. Lost and Found Log items guests leave behind with a photo and where they were found, so you can answer quickly when someone rings looking for something. Compliance Upload certificates and service reports as they arrive, and see your property's live compliance score, including anything overdue or missing. Drawings Floor plans and service drawings on your phone, so you are not walking back to the office to check something. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR You only see the sections your role needs, so there is less to wade through to find the thing you actually use. It keeps working in basements and plant rooms — what you enter is held and sent once you have signal again. And it shows the same information as the website, so use whichever suits the job in front of you. REQUIREMENTS A JMK Ops account, created by your General Manager.
