Full description
Send a letter and a courier rides the real distance between you and one person. Twenty minutes across town. Hours across the world. Watch the courier move across the map the whole way. No stranger matching — only the one person you invited with a code. No ads. No purchases. A letter that does not arrive instantly. Relay is a slow messenger for exactly one person you already know. Seal a letter and a courier rides the real geographic distance between you. Same city, about twenty minutes. Other side of the world, three or four hours. The arrival time is fixed the moment you send it — after that, all you do is wait. ■ Distance is time We measure the distance between your two approximate locations and turn it into travel time. The farther apart you are, the longer it takes. There is no way to pay for speed — slowness is the whole point. ■ Watch the courier on the map The road is drawn across the map. The part already ridden is solid, the rest is faint. You can see which ocean the courier is over right now and how far along they are. Even if you lose connection, the courier keeps riding. ■ Things happen on the road Bandits on a mountain pass. A ferry closed by storm. A city gate shut for the night. Sometimes a shortcut gets the letter there early. Very rarely a letter is lost — and then you can send the original text again for free. The courier always comes back safe. ■ Your courier never disappears The moment a bond is formed, one courier is assigned to it. Name them. Watch the distance ridden, letters delivered and everything that happened on the road pile up. There is no screen in this app where you buy a courier back. ■ No strangers No public lists, no random matching, no pen pals. You send an invite code to one person you already know. Every bond has exactly two people. If something goes wrong, you can report it or end the bond right from the Courier screen. ■ Break the seal yourself An arriving letter does not open by itself. Drag the seal to break it. Underneath, a footnote tells you how far it rode and how long it took. ■ Made for · Long-distance couples whose messages keep missing each other across time zones · Family you do not text every day but think about · Anyone tired of read receipts and the pressure to reply instantly · Anyone who does not want notifications all day ■ Promises · No ads · No purchases · Only two kinds of notification: a letter arrived, and something happened on the road. Never a re-engagement push · Your location is rounded to a roughly 1 km cell and never tracked in the background. Decline the permission and you can simply pick a city instead Available in English and Korean, usable anywhere in the world. Start writing slowly.
