Aliran kerja konsesi: aduan yang dibuka JKR kini dihantar terus kepada pihak konsesi, dengan Tandakan Selesai, Sahkan & Tutup dan Kerja Semula. Ringkasan tugasan harian pada 9:00 pagi untuk staf konsesi. Butiran aduan disusun semula (Butiran, Gambar, Maklum Balas, Log Kerja) dengan penapis log kerja dan peraturan gambar selepas. Gambar kini wajib semasa membuat aduan, dengan skrin pengesahan sebelum hantar. Aduan baharu boleh ditutup terus dengan syarat dan sebab penutupan.
