Mlyv Kmxun

Mlyv Kmxun runs an outdoor rental operation from a phone. Every ski, board, bike, boat and tent is tracked as its own physical unit with its own serial, because two identical skis with different mileage are not interchangeable — and a shop that pretends otherwise loses money on the one that is worn out. PER-UNIT INVENTORY Each unit carries its own purchase price, wear counters, maintenance history and damage record. The model tells you what it is; the unit tells you what condition it is in and what it has earned. THE AVAILABILITY BOARD One screen for today's hand-outs and returns, plus a seven-day timeline across the whole fleet, with conflicts and maintenance blocks flagged where they fall. BOOKING AT THE CHEAPEST TARIFF When a guest books a period, the app compares hourly, daily, weekly and mixed pricing and applies whichever actually works out cheapest — then shows the guest what that saved them. DEPOSITS AND DAMAGE On return, pick the damage from a built-in reference and the suggested deduction is calculated from that specific unit's purchase price. The settlement is laid out plainly: deposit, less damage, less any late fee. A damage report stays open and the unit stays blocked from new bookings until somebody closes it explicitly. FIT AND SAFETY A fit guide checks ski and board length, frame size, boot size and helmet circumference against the guest's measurements. Load-bearing gear — paddle craft capacity, helmet fit — is a hard block. Everything else can be overridden, with a reason recorded. KITS Bundle skis with boots and a helmet, or a tent with packs and headlamps, into one bookable kit whose availability tracks every component in it. THE UNCOMFORTABLE NUMBERS Every unit ranked by what it has actually paid back against what it cost, with dead capital flagged — the gear that has not earned its keep. Turned-away demand tracked by model, and revenue charted across the season. These are the figures a spreadsheet quietly hides. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No account, no sign-in, no server, no connection needed to run the shop. Everything is stored on the device; the only time it reaches the network is to open the privacy policy or terms from settings. WHO IT IS FOR Owners and front-desk staff at ski and board counters, bike shops, paddle outfitters and camping-gear rental services who are currently running the business out of a notebook.
