Jiffix Rider

Jiffix Rider gives delivery partners the tools they need to manage deliveries smoothly—from pickup to drop-off. ACCEPT DELIVERY REQUESTS Receive available delivery requests, review pickup and drop-off details, and accept trips you are ready to complete. MANAGE EVERY DELIVERY See the information you need at each stage of the journey. Update the delivery status as you pick up orders and complete drop-offs, helping customers and vendors stay informed. TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY Keep a clear record of completed deliveries and monitor your delivery activity from one place. LIVE TRACKING DURING ACTIVE DELIVERIES During an active delivery, Jiffix Rider uses the rider’s location in the background—even when the app is minimised or not in use—to keep customers and vendors informed of delivery progress. Tracking begins only when the rider starts a delivery and stops when the delivery is completed or cancelled. FOLLOW YOUR EARNINGS View your earnings and delivery history clearly, so you always understand the work you have completed.
