FayParentConnect is the parent companion app for students enrolled at partner abacus and mental-arithmetic centres. Everything the centre records about your child — attendance, exam grades, tuition bills — is shown to you in one place, updated as it happens. WHAT YOU CAN SEE • Attendance at a glance Daily attendance, late arrivals, approved leave and make-up classes, with a clear attendance-rate summary for the year. • Class calendar A month view of your child's scheduled classes, centre holidays and make-up sessions, so you always know whether there is class today. • Abacus & mental-arithmetic grades Your child's current level for both subjects, plus a full exam history showing every grading they have sat, the level achieved and the score for each section. • Tuition bills and receipts Outstanding and settled invoices, payment records, and official receipts you can export as a proper text-based PDF and share or keep. • Competitions and digital entry passes When your child enters a competition, the entry pass, seat number and venue details appear here, along with past results. • Notifications that matter Get told when your child is marked absent, when a new bill is issued, when the centre announces a holiday, or when there is an announcement — nothing else. • Leave and make-up requests Submit a leave request or ask for a make-up class directly from the app, and follow its approval status. • More than one child If you have several children at the centre, switch between them from the top of the screen; bills paid together are shown as a single combined receipt. • English and Chinese Switch language at any time from account settings. HOW ACCOUNTS WORK There is no public sign-up. Your centre creates your account using the phone number you registered with, so the app only ever shows you your own child's information. If you cannot sign in, contact your centre and they will reset it for you. PRIVACY No advertising, no tracking, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing.
