JEMA Move: Junk Removal

JEMA Move is junk removal on your phone. Snap a few photos of what needs to go, get prices from ID-checked independent haulers near you, and have it hauled away — furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard waste, garage and estate cleanouts, storage units, construction debris, or a single couch. HOW IT WORKS 1. Photograph what needs to go and tell us where it is — a driveway, a third floor, behind a gate. 2. Local haulers look at your photos and send you their prices. 3. Choose the hauler and price that suit you, and pay securely in the app. 4. Track your pickup, message your hauler, and rate the job when it's done. BEFORE YOU BOOK, YOU SEE • The total you'll pay, up front • The hauler's name, photo and rating • The cancellation terms, and what cancelling would cost, before you confirm AT THE DOOR When your hauler arrives you see their photograph and the legal name from the identity document our review team approved, so you can confirm it's them. If it isn't, say so and our team steps in straight away. HAULERS ARE CHECKED BEFORE THEY WORK Every hauler on JEMA Move goes through an identity review carried out by our own team, and must keep a current certificate of insurance on file for the vehicle they drive. A hauler whose cover lapses can't take new work. PAYMENTS You're charged when you book, for the amount you agreed. If a job is cancelled, what's owed back is refunded. Anything agreed afterwards — a price change you approve, or a tip — is a separate charge you'll see on its own. SAFE AND RESPECTFUL Report a message, a quote or a person in a couple of taps, and block anyone you don't want to hear from again. Our Community Guidelines apply to everyone. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT • A quick, interactive tour shows you how JEMA Move works • Answers to common questions in Help & FAQ, one tap from Home • Message JEMA Move Support from the app at any time • Send us your feedback and ideas from your Profile JEMA Move is a marketplace.
