JEM Mitra is the official customer app from Jupiter Electric Mobility for vehicle owners. The app allows JEM customers to easily raise service requests, track repair progress, and stay informed about their vehicle’s service status. With JEM Mitra, customers can communicate with the service team, approve part replacements, and monitor the complete repair process directly from their mobile phone. Raise Service Requests Easily create service requests for your vehicle and report issues directly to the JEM service team. Track Service Status Monitor the progress of your vehicle repair in real time and stay updated on every stage of the service process. Approve Part Replacements Receive notifications when spare parts need to be replaced and provide consent directly through the app. Transparent Service Updates Stay informed with updates from technicians regarding the work being performed on your vehicle. Vehicle Service History View past service records and maintain a digital history of repairs and maintenance.
