La aplicación móvil JELDU permite a los usuarios autorizados emitir alertas de emergencia de forma inmediata, las cuales son gestionadas y monitoreadas desde un panel de administración web centralizado. El sistema está orientado a entornos corporativos, operativos e institucionales, donde la seguridad, la trazabilidad y la disponibilidad son esenciales. ¿Para qué se utiliza JELDU? • Activación de alertas de seguridad en tiempo real • Notificación inmediata a sistemas y responsables definidos por la empresa • Visualización y seguimiento de eventos desde un panel de control • Apoyo a protocolos internos de seguridad y operación • Uso en entornos empresariales, industriales, corporativos o institucionales Modelo de uso JELDU es una solución B2B. Las cuentas de usuario son creadas, gestionadas y eliminadas exclusivamente por administradores autorizados de cada organización. Los usuarios finales no crean cuentas de forma autónoma ni realizan registros públicos desde la aplicación. Gestión de datos La aplicación maneja únicamente los datos necesarios para su funcionamiento operativo, como identificadores de usuario, información básica de cuenta y datos técnicos asociados a eventos de alerta. Toda la información es administrada por la empresa que contrata el servicio y se almacena en infraestructura segura en la nube.
