Jeev Mitra Seva

Jeev Mitra Seva is an official animal ambulance for transportation application developed and maintained by Bit Binders, in proud partnership with the Jeevaashraya. Designed to operate like a modern ride-booking app, Jeev Mitra Seva bridges the gap between compassionate citizens and professional drivers, ensuring that stray or injured street animals get safe and reliable transportation to shelters, care facilities, or designated drop-off locations as fast as possible. How It Works: If you spot an animal that needs to be relocated or taken to a shelter, simply open the app, drop a pin to set the pickup and drop-off locations, and book a transport vehicle. Take a photo of the animal directly through the app — we'll automatically extract the location from your photo to help pinpoint the exact pickup spot. The nearest available driver will accept your request, and you can track their arrival right on your screen. For Citizens (Animal Lovers): • Quick Booking: Request an animal transport vehicle in just a few taps. • Smart Location: Take a photo of the animal directly through the app — we'll automatically extract the location to help pinpoint the exact pickup spot alongside your manually selected pin. • Live Tracking: See your assigned driver's location in real-time as they navigate to the pickup spot. • Secure Payments: Easily pay for transportation services securely through our integrated payment gateway. • History: Keep track of all your past transport bookings in one place. For Drivers: • Instant Alerts: Receive real-time ride alerts when an animal needs transportation nearby. • Accurate Navigation: Get precise GPS routing directly to the citizen and the pickup location, as well as the final drop-off shelter. • Seamless Management: Manage your active rides, view transport details, and handle ride completions right from your dashboard. Jeev Mitra Seva provides animal transportation. The animal must be accessible for pickup by our driver — we do not perform physical extraction (e.g., from drains, pits, or hard-to-reach places). You may select optional supportive equipment (First Aid kit, Oxygen or available options) to ensure safer transport for injured animals, however, our drivers do not provide clinical medical treatment or diagnosis. For medical care, please consult a veterinarian at your destination facility. Every minute counts when a life is in danger.
