Turn journeys tracked by GPS into a map of places you've explored. Start a trip and Mistmap reveals the path confirmed by GPS. See your distance traveled, time and newly revealed area as you go. Record a walk, run, bike ride, drive or train journey from start to finish. Find past trips by date in a calendar with route previews. Open a trip to see its route and compare your map before and after. Replay this month's footsteps to watch your explored map grow. Cities you've visited become a collection of their own. Open a city to see when you first found it, its map, travel totals and every trip you recorded there. Familiar routes still belong in your journal. Start without an account. Your original trip records are stored on your device, and sample trips stay separate from your history. Location recording begins when you start a trip and stops when you finish it. Maps and place names may require an internet connection.

What's new

• Give a pin a date, or change it. Pin places you went before on the day you were there. • Move a saved pin to another spot from its edit view. • The pin button now pins exactly where you are (the blue dot). • The panel under the map shows the whole day. Rest and move on, and the numbers carry on. • Stop for up to 30 minutes and ride on: it stays one trip, with no gap in the path. • Zoomed out, your paths glow gold and stay clear, and pins shrink so they don't hide them.
