AI BASED ATTENDANCE & PAYROLL

AI Based Attendance & Payroll turns any Android phone or tablet into a contactless attendance station. Employees simply look at the camera, and their check-in or check-out is recorded in seconds, with no cards, PINs or fingerprints to share. The app works with the AI Based Attendance & Payroll system from JBMatrix, so attendance flows straight into your organization's records for reporting and payroll. A license key from your organization is required to activate the app. KEY FEATURES • Face recognition attendance Employees are recognised by their face and checked in or out automatically. The app shows who was recognised before it records anything. • Live person check The app detects photos and videos held up to the camera, so attendance can't be marked with a picture of someone else. • Location-based attendance Attendance can be limited to your approved work location. Employees outside the allowed area are told they are out of range. Roaming mode can be enabled for staff who work at multiple sites. • Works with poor connectivity If the internet drops, attendance is saved on the device and uploaded automatically once the connection returns, with no lost records. • Easy employee registration Authorized supervisors can sign in, search for an employee and register their face with a short guided capture. Employees can be re-scanned at any time. • Kiosk or manual mode Run it hands-free so the camera starts when a face appears, or show a scan button for staff to tap. Your administrator chooses the mode for each device. • Canteen and meal coupons Optional canteen mode lets employees collect their meal by face scan and prints a coupon on a connected Bluetooth thermal printer. • Shift management Assign employees to day or night shifts directly from the app. • Organization-controlled Licenses, device limits, expiry and settings are managed by your organization and update on the device in real time. The app keeps the screen on and shows the current time and license status on the home screen. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the app and enter the license key given by your organization. 2. Allow location access so the device can be registered to your site. 3. The device downloads your employee list. 4. Employees look at the camera to mark attendance.
