A free, anonymous emotional support app for teens ages 13–19. Here is a safe space where teens can share what’s on their mind and receive supportive responses from trained Teen Advisors — peers who understand what it’s like to be a teen today. Teens can post about everyday stress, emotions, and challenges such as school pressure, friendships, relationships, family issues, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed. How it works: Post anonymously whenever you need support Receive responses from trained Teen Advisors Advisors respond daily between 5–10 PM PT Our goal is to respond within 24 hours Only Teen Advisors can respond to posts. If you’re not ready to post, you can browse topics and read how other teens have navigated similar experiences. Teen Advisors are supervised by mental health professionals. This app provides emotional support and peer connection. It does not provide professional therapy or crisis services.
