Instead of standard dice, Champul is played with cowry shells — flip four shells and move by however many land face-up. Landing all four the same way grants a bonus roll, so momentum can swing fast. THE JUGGA Champul's signature twist: land two of your own tokens on the same square and you can pair them into a jugga — a fused piece that moves differently and can only be defeated by a rival jugga.
