Jaya Wealth Builder

Jaya Wealth Builder is the client portal of JAYA ASSETS PRIVATE LIMITED, for people who already hold property with the company. If you are an existing client, this app is where you see what you hold, what has been paid to you, and every document relating to it, without phoning the office. What you can do • See your holdings: every property you hold with us, with its details and the date it was last valued by our team. • See payments made to you: every payment, with the date, the amount and the bank reference, so you can match it against your bank statement. • Get your documents: agreements, receipts and statements, ready to download whenever you need them. • See our properties: where they are on the map, photographs, area and documents. • Register interest: if a property interests you, tell us and a member of our team will call you back, usually within one working day. • Raise a question or a complaint, and follow its progress in the app. • Keep your details current: your address, your nominees and how we reach you. How transactions work Every transaction happens offline, directly between you and JAYA ASSETS PRIVATE LIMITED. The app does not take or process payments. There is no card entry, no wallet and no balance. When you decide to go ahead, you pay the company by cheque or bank transfer. Our team records it against your payment proof, a second member of staff checks it, and only then does it appear in the app. Registering interest is a request for a call back. It is not a purchase and it commits you to nothing. What this app is not It does not give advice. It does not recommend, rank or rate properties, and it does not tell you what to buy. It shows you our properties and your own holdings, and you decide what to ask us about. Property values can fall as well as rise. Nothing in this app is an offer or a promise of any return. For existing clients You need the mobile number registered with us. There is no sign-up in the app: accounts are opened by our team, and a number we have not registered receives no sign-in code. If you are not yet a client, please contact our office. Support: +91 95556 09544 · [email protected] · Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm IST
