Connect your account, open a workout and in seconds you get a chart of your intervals with power, heart rate, cadence and speed, lap by lap. Built for cyclists, runners, swimmers and triathletes who want to show their intervals, not just the map. WHAT IT DOES • Reads the laps of every Strava activity: cycling, running, swimming, indoor trainer, trail and more. • Draws bars per lap or per-kilometre splits with power, speed or pace, heart rate and cadence. • Overlays heart rate, speed or cadence lines and the elevation profile. • Header with time, distance, elevation gain, average power and average heart rate. • 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and Story (9:16) formats, ready for Instagram, X, WhatsApp and Telegram. • Transparent background to place the chart over your own photos. • Colour palettes and light or dark theme. • Activity list and monthly calendar to find any workout. • Metric or imperial units, following your Strava preference. • Save to the gallery or share straight from the app. PRIVACY Laaps only asks for read permission: it never posts, edits or deletes anything in your Strava account.
