JASARA Crisis is the employee safety app for JASARA Project Management Company. It gives every employee a direct line to the organisation's emergency response team, and keeps you informed while help is on the way. Report an incident in three taps. Choose what is happening — medical emergency, fire, security, structural, hazardous material or general assistance — add a note, your location and a contact number if you can, and send. The response team is alerted immediately and you receive a reference number. Know what is happening with your request. Every request shows its live status, whether a responder has been assigned, the target response time and a timeline of updates from the team. If it turns out to be a false alarm, stand it down yourself. Answer safety alerts. When the organisation sends a safety alert, respond with one tap: I am safe, Acknowledged, or I need assistance. Choosing "I need assistance" raises a request for you automatically. Always reachable. The emergency hotline is one tap from the home screen and your profile. The app tells you clearly when it is offline so you know to call instead. Built for the site. Large touch targets that work with gloves, high-contrast status colours, and full Arabic and English support with right-to-left layout. Private by design. The app collects only what the response team needs to help you. There is no advertising, no analytics tracking, and the app never reads your device's GPS location — the location you type is what is sent. Sign-in uses your organisation account; there is nothing to register. JASARA Crisis is available to employees and authorised personnel of JASARA Project Management Company.
